Success, to me, means living a passionate life, doing something I truly love and being my authentic self. While it sounds simple, each of these things can be overlooked in a world where our lives are incessantly shared online. But the definition of success is not what runs my philosophy. It’s rather the road to success in which I am passionate about.
Reaching your goals is more like a windy, twisty backroad than a straight highway. It's a ride you may hate at times and enjoy at others. Once I understood that failure and adversity are not roadblocks, but key ingredients for success, I gained a growth mindset that has helped me lead without a title.
